Home THE PRODUCT

Your work, on one canvas.

Record a task. Shape the logic. Keep your data moving. Explore the three parts of Portal17 Studio that bring your process together.

INSIDE THE STUDIO

A canvas for your process.
A connection for every step.

Drag an action from the left. Configure its properties on the right. Join its output to the next node and follow the logic across the canvas.

RECORD THE WAY YOU WORK Illustrative demo

You do the task.
The recorder connects the steps.

Hit Record and just work — on a web page, in Excel, in your company's desktop app. Clicks, typing, check boxes and shortcuts become editable nodes. Even copy and paste: copy an order number on a website, paste it into a Windows program, and the flow copies the live value on every run.

Real controls, not pixelsButtons, fields, boxes and lists are found by what they are, so steps keep working when a window moves or resizes.
Built to survive changeEach recorded step keeps a backup and a snapshot of what you clicked — titles change, buttons move, the flow still finds its way.
Recorded in sequenceMouse and keyboard are captured on their own and processed in order, even in heavy apps. Type as fast as you like.
Passwords stay secretPasswords you type while recording go straight to the encrypted vault. The flow only says [secret:…].
See what it capturedEvery control you click is outlined for a moment, and a small floating panel shows the last step recorded.
Pause and add stepsF9 pauses and resumes. From the panel, add “wait until this appears”, “read this text” or a short wait in a click.
Tidied up when you stopExtra steps are merged, repeated steps become a loop over a table of what you typed, and the nodes are laid out neatly.
File uploads includedWhen a page asks for files, you pick them in Portal17 and the flow keeps the real paths — no file dialog left waiting on replay.
DATA THAT MOVES WITH THE FLOW

Read it. Transform it.
Use it in the next step.

Bring together values from a page, a desktop control, an API or a database. Keep them in the Data Store and reference them wherever the process needs them.
